Blair Doncon, B.Juris.LLB

Principal of Alexanders Lawyers, Blair Alexander Robert Doncon was born in the farming town of Beverley in Western Australia.

His refreshing, down-to-earth manner can be attributed to his country upbringing and the years working as a shearer and farm-labourer before practising as a lawyer.

Career Path
After Articles with a prominent West Perth legal firm he became a partner in a Mandurah-based practice known as Bloeman Doncon & Co.

When Mr Bloeman left to become a well-known Magistrate in the North, the firm became Blair Doncon & Co.

Ten years later, in 1988 Blair moved to Perth and established Alexanders Lawyers.

He has been practising law for many years helping people solve a wide range of legal problems with the least amount of fuss and expense.

Blair’s pragmatic approach is much appreciated. He talks in plain English rather than ‘legalese’ and genuinely cares about you and your problems.

On a personal note
Blair is happily married with three adult children. His interests include Aussie Rules Football (or more specifically - the ‘Eagles’), scuba diving, fishing and travelling.

Listeners to ‘Nightline’ on Radio 882 6PR will know Blair Doncon as the ‘Nightline Lawyer’.

Kath Mitchell, LLB

Kath has been employed by Alexanders Lawyers since 1998.

She has had many years of experience in law starting as an outside clerk straight from school in 1975. She then worked as a legal secretary and para legal prior to becoming a Lawyer. Kath has a genuine concern to help people in need and appreciates the stresses caused to clients when dealing with matters relating to the law.

On a personal note
Kath is married with 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys her spare time travelling and interacting with her grandchildren.

Kelly Hembra - Personal Assistant

Kelly commenced with Alexanders in 2006 and is our most capable Assistant. Kelly is the person you will first talk to when telephoning Alexanders. Kelly has a very friendly disposition and all of our clients love her. She will either assist you herself with your query or she will direct your call to Kath or Blair.
