1. Get the names, addresses and telephone numbers of witnesses.
2. Report the accident to authority in charge of the public
place - for example, shopping centre manager, service station
manager, shire office, etc.
3. Take photographs of the site of accident clearly showing
what caused the incident.
4. Take photographs of your injuries is they are visible.
5. Go to your own Doctor immediately - and explain any resulting
symptoms.
